“Manan” – 2 nights 3 days Weekend Residential Program
You will start each day with the option of an early morning yoga class, a tranquil walk in the mountains, a meditation by the lake/beach or you can choose to stay in bed!
The 2 night weekend retreat offers participants a flexible program of yoga classes, individual treatments, meditation and pranayama, plus workshops on Indian Mothers Kitchen, home remedies, yogic philosophy and holistic wellness.
Enjoy and benefit from the sessions, but also take away valuable tools to incorporate increased wellness into your daily life.
“MANAN” Program includes:
- 2 nights shared accommodation

Retreat Program
The program is flexible to allow guests to tailor it to their needs and specific requirements. Typically the day will start with yoga and meditation session, preferably outdoors or a sunrise walk to take pleasure in experiencing the first rays of the Sun.
Other scheduled options throughout the day include workshops on philosophy, balanced vegetarian meals, pranayama and meditation sessions plus asana classes.
A highlight for many guests in the luxurious treatment is included in your 3 day package.
